Since graduating from the University of Portsmouth in 1994 with a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering, Richard has worked for several large construction organisations including Dean & Dyball, Aggregate Industries and Accord Group. His experience lies in the management of civil engineering projects and previous roles include Site Manager and Contracts Manager.

Richard founded Skilled Labour Services (Southern) in 2011 and is passionate about delivering skilled labour which clients can rely on and trust to fulfil projects to a high standard and on time.
